1. Can I buy the sessions in bulk? If possible, will there be a discount?
Yes, you may purchase sessions in bulk. However, there will be no discounts as my personal training rates have been tailored to suit the general public and are considered very affordable.
2. I haven’t been exercising for a long time. Am I still suitable for the programme?
Regardless of your fitness level or physical capabilities, you will still be able to participate in my training programme as I am experienced enough to cater the classes to suit your individual needs.
3. I have/had an injury. Is it still okay for me to train?
You can definitely still train, but you will have to inform me about your medical history beforehand so that we are able to work around your injury.
4. I am over 40 years old. Are your training programmes suitable for me?
I believe that martial arts is not age-restrictive, and anyone can learn regardless of how old or young you are. Most of my existing students are above 40 years old, and they are very satisfied with the results from training consistently.
5. I am not comfortable with full contact sparring. Can I still train?
Full contact sparring is optional, so you can still train with or without incorporating sparring into the sessions.
6. Should I expect to see immediate results?
Consistency and commitment are key to your progress. As long as you stick to the training programme, put in the effort and push your limits every training session, you will definitely see results.
7. Are small group classes available? If so, how much will they cost?
Yes, small group classes are available. You may refer to my training rates here. For commercial classes, contact for more information.
8. Where will the training be held?
Sessions will be held either at Impact MMA (Shenton House) or Fighter Fitness Little India/Hillview branches.
9. Can my training be held at home or other locations?
Yes you can, as long as you have a suitable indoor space. However, rates may vary. Do contact me for more details.
10. What do I need to prepare for the classes?
All you need is yourself and appropriate sports attire. Feel free to bring your own training gear (e.g. boxing gloves) if you have any.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations have to be done 12 hours in advance.
