2 years ago, I decided that I wanted to get back in shape and feel fitter. Years of constant business travel, wining and dining had a taken a toll on my body. My main challenge was that I found going to the gym boring. Niko, my trainer, put me on a program of cardio and strength training though MMA. Not only did I enjoy my workouts, I started to lose weight and become fitter. I have kept the weight off and feel so much better physically and mentally. I have a regular workout routine with Niko.
